Dear Students,

congratulations on your enrollment!
 

So that you can collect your student ID, please send us one of the following documents in PDF format in advance stating your matriculation number to :

City registration from Germany OR Rental contract OR c/o letter

Please always state your matriculation number in your e-mail!

Please bring your passport with you when you collect your ticket.

Student ID cards can be issued at the *Campus Welcome Center (Building 1, Room 005)

• until 04/17/2025 
• and from 04/22/ to 04/30/2025 during the following office hours:

Monday:           1:30 - 2:30 p.m.

Tuesday:       10:00 - 11:00 a.m.

Wednesday:   1:30 - 2:30 p.m.

Thursday:        1:30 - 2:30 p.m.

Friday:             10:00 - 11:00 a.m.

Please note: Due to the Easter holidays, the Campus Welcome Center will be closed from 04/18/ to 04/21/2025.

It will not be possible to send your student ID card by post. It will still be possible to collect your student ID after 04/30/2025. You will receive more information in due course.

Damit Sie Ihren Studierendenausweis abholen können, senden Sie uns bitte vorab eines der folgenden Dokumente im PDF-Format an :

Meldebescheinigung der Stadt ODER Mietvertrag ODER c/o-Schreiben

Bitte geben Sie in Ihrer E-Mail stets Ihre Matrikelnummer an!

Für die Abholung bringen Sie bitte Ihren Reisepass mit.

Die Ausgabe im *Campus Welcome Center (Gebäude 1, Raum 005) ist möglich

• bis einschließlich 17.04.2025
• sowie vom 22.04. bis zum 30.04.2025 zu folgenden Sprechzeiten:

Montag:              13:30 - 14:30 Uhr

Dienstag:             10:00 - 11:00 Uhr

Mittwoch:           13:30 - 14:30 Uhr

Donnerstag:       13:30 - 14:30 Uhr

Freitag:                10:00 - 11:00 Uhr

Wichtig: Aufgrund der Osterfeiertage bleibt das Campus Welcome Center vom 18.04. bis 21.04.2025 geschlossen.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass eine postalische Zusendung des Studierendenausweises nicht möglich ist. Es besteht weiterhin die Möglichkeit, den Studierendenausweis nach dem 30.04.2025 abzuholen. Nähere Informationen erhalten Sie zu gegebener Zeit.
